What you need to burn fat and lose weight with ease is these simple three things:
1. A Sizable Ginger
2. A Lime
3. A Bag of Lipton
Wash the ginger thoroughly without peeling it, then cut it into four pieces and put it in a kettle or pot, and boil with a cup of water for about five minutes.
After that, turn it into a cup and add one bag of Lipton, cut one lime into two parts, and then pop the lime up by way of pressing it (do not press the lime liquid into the cup directly) after which, drop the two popped lime into the cup and cover it with plastic cover for about five minutes.
Now you can start sipping it. Do it morning and evening for a period of two weeks.
