1 kilo of organic apples, and very sweet!

3 spoonfuls of brown sugar. (You can choose not to use it)


Mineral water.

1 large glass container

1 piece of cloth

Preparation method:


Wash the apples very well, even with a brush. (We are going to use them with shells).

Cut them into small pieces and place them in the glass container.

Add sugar and cover completely with water.

Cover the container with the cloth and fix it with an elastic band or with the lid of the container if it had one.

Leave the container in a dark and warm place and try to always have a temperature constant between 15º and 25º.

The preparation must stand for 5 or 6 weeks, the time necessary for apples to ferment.

Strain the preparation and place the liquid in another glass container.

Let this new liquid obtained last for 3 days and test the acidity of the vinegar to verify if it is at its point.
