How to clean your liver of toxins?
The liver is one of the primary detox organs in the body and is responsible for over 500 functions in the body. It’s also the master transformation site that filters toxins from the blood to neutralize and eliminate them. How to clean your liver of toxins using Herbs
Prepare your body a week before purging by consuming avocado, apples, carrots, eggplants, green tea and green vegetables.
The purge is as follows:
Ingredients:
- Oranges
- Ginger
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Mix 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup ripe freshly squeezed Orange juice, 1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, 1/2 tablespoon grated garlic. Mix and mix until you get a homogeneous liquid and drink before going to bed. Lie on the right side while sleeping.
Repeat this for 3 nights in a row.
