While everyone knows that it’s important to stay hydrated, doing so can be difficult at times.

1. Drink water not together with meals

Not later than 30 minutes before meals and not earlier than an hour and a half after. So that water does not interfere with the digestion of food and does not dissolve gastric juice.

2. Drink water Before a meal

Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion. Remember not to drink too soon before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients. (7 Key Benefits of Drinking Water on an Empty Stomach)

3. Drink water Before a bath

Drink one glass of water before taking a bath to help lower your blood pressure.

4. Drink warm water instead of cold.

Ice water freezes enzymes in the intestine, preventing it from properly digesting food.

5. Drink water in small portions (2-3 sips).

This is necessary in order not to load the kidneys.

6. After each sip, hold the water in your mouth so that it mixes with saliva and is better absorbed.

7. Drink a glass of warm water immediately after waking up.

So you flush the body and start its work.

8. Drink water only while sitting.

So it will be completely absorbed into the blood in the intestines, otherwise, it will simply come out.
