3. I know lots of people would resort to drinking alcohol in this season but hey, it will affect you afterward. So get your fruit and vegetable juice and sip. This will help you stay fit.

4. Overeating with lead to being overweight or obese. So eat small portions of food with vegetable salad to keep your weight in shape.
