Urine Color Chat And Meaning
1. NO COLOR (TRANSPARENT)
You are drinking a lot of water. You may want to cut back.
2. PALE STRAW COLOR
You are normal, healthy and well-hydrated.
3. DARK YELLOW
Normal. But drink some more water.
4. SYRUP OR BROWN ALE
You could have liver disease or severe dehydration. Drink water and see your doctor if it persists.

5. PINK TO REDDISH
This might simply mean that you’ve consumed red-tinted food. While on the other hand, this can be an indication of blood in your urine, which may indicate kidney issues, internal injury, or cancer.
6. ORANGE
This might indicate that you have bile in your urine or a liver disorder and this urine is a reason for concern.
7. BLUE OR GREEN
Okay, this is different. There is a rare genetic disease that can turn your urine blue or green. Also certain bacteria can infect the urinary tract. But it's probably a food dye in something you ate or a medication. You won't die from it, but see your doctor if it persists.
8. PURPLE
There's no such thing as purple urine.
9. FOAMING OR FIZZING
A harmless hydraulic effect, if occasional. But could indicate excess protein in your diet or a kidney problem. See a doctor if foaming happens all the time.

Always consider that consuming some particular foods and drinks, like coffee and asparagus for example, can give urine an intense smell, which is totally normal.

I met a woman who escused herself of not attending my lesson the next day to attend or visit a nearby health facility for having red urine for a week.
Eager to know reasons for this I interviewed her if she had a UTI before, any accident, or what had happened of there was none.
I proceeded to know how frequent was she taking drinks she said she takes ¼cup of tea but not often. She takes a glass of water may be after two days, she don't take porridge and if she has to then ½ a cup. She at times takes juice and may soda but not frequent.
