Cabbage Leaves and Honey to Treat Cough and Bronchitis
Ingredients:
- One whole cabbage
- Raw, organic honey
Cabbage Leaves on Chest for Cough
- Take a cabbage leaf and separate it. Spend some time in hot water with the leaf that has been detached. Once the leaf is sensitive and supple, spread honey on one side.
- On your chest, place the honey side. Cover the cabbage with a plastic bag, then wrap a towel or scarf around your chest to hide the bag.
- Prepare 2 cabbage leaves if your cough is particularly bad. One should go on the back, the other on the chest. In the morning, remove the cabbage leaves and wipe off the honey residue with a damp towel or a clean cloth.
